Important Notice: MiREG Maintenance and Downtime.

We would like to inform you about an upcoming maintenance period for our MiREG system, which will affect its availability.

Maintenance Schedule:
Commencing from midnight on Friday 1st March 2024, our MiREG portal will undergo essential maintenance. During this period, the system will be inaccessible and offline until Monday, 11th March 2024.

Impact on Services:
As a result of this maintenance, please note the following:

MiREG System Downtime: MiREG will be offline starting from midnight on Friday 1st March 2024, until Monday 11th March 2024.

Warranty Registration and Paperwork: Any warranties registered on Friday, 1st March 2024, will not be printed until the system relaunches on Monday, 11th March 2024.

Warranty Period Extension: If you have warranties to register and are approaching the 30-day cut-off during this maintenance period, rest assured that we will be extending the period for a short duration.

Cash promotion date: If you have a cash promotion claim to make, this can be made from Monday 11th March, and if it’s received by 15th March, payments will be processed on March’s payment run.

During this downtime, we’re integrating exciting new features and benefits into MiREG. These enhancements aim to improve your experience when registering your Intergas products.

We’ll keep you updated on the progress of the maintenance and what features will be available when MiREG relaunches on the 11th of March.
