Important Update: Amendment to Four-Year Service Procedure
We hope this email finds you well. We would like to inform you of a recent amendment to our four-year service procedure, which affects the components: seal 877847 (Burner fibre seal) and seal 875917 (x4) (Burner retaining screw seals). This amendment has been detailed in Technical Bulletin TB09.
Effective immediately, the following changes have been made to our four-year service procedure:
Seal 877847 – Burner Fibre Seal: This component is no longer required during the four-year service of our products.
Seal 875917 (x4) – Burner Retaining Screw Seals: These seals are also no longer necessary for the four-year service of our products.
The decision to eliminate these seals is based on two years of extensive research and testing, where we established that the fibre burner seal and the burner screw seals had not fatigued or degraded with any significance, however when they were found to be damaged, they were replaced in all instances.
This amendment aligns with our commitment to providing efficient and reliable solutions to our customers.
