JD HITS THE ROAD WITH THE NHS
Let’s hear it for Jonathan Davies, of JCD Heating & Plumbing Services, who became an Emergency Response Assistant with the South West Ambulance Service Foundation Trust at the beginning of April. As long as the pandemic lasts, Jonathan’s going to carry on working 12-hour shifts driving ambulances for the NHS in Devon. He already held a C1 licence, so after a couple of days’ training he was able to hit the road, crewed up with a paramedic or another ambulance driver. Is it hard work? Yes, he tells us, much harder than the day job, but we know from talking to him, it’s incredibly rewarding too. Thank you for everything you’re doing Jonathan!
