Intergas HRE 36/40 and HRE 40SB front plate seal upgrade
If you installed an HRE 36/40 or HRE 40SB boiler, with a batch number between 1210g09094 – 1611e17513, then the red seal must be upgraded with a new black seal for safety purposes. CLICK HERE FOR MORE INFORMATION.
The serial number is printed on a plate underneath the boiler. If you have installed one of the affected boilers, please contact the Intergas Technical & Service Department, and one of our engineers will arrange to replace the seal or confirm that the seal has been replaced.
