“From the beginning of the relationship with Intergas it has always been open and friendly. Personal relationships were developed very early and have been built on over the years. It does not matter what the issue is, nothing is too much trouble for them, this is because the people at Intergas all believe passionately in the boiler. Last Christmas I had to ring the senior technician, on his personal number, because I had a contractor needing advice during the Christmas break. It got sorted, the issue was resolved. I don’t believe I could do that with the bigger players.”
