Marketing Administrator
Intergas Heating Limited are looking for a responsible Administrator to work within our marketing department. Your job will also provide support to our managers and employees and coordinate daily administrative activities within the marketing department.
The Administrator should be highly organised and able to multitask with ease. The Administrator’s main tasks include managing our warranty registrations system and installer loyalty scheme, organising events, arranging travel, and distributing mail. Our ideal candidate has experience as an office administrator or relevant administrative role. You should be familiar with office software (e.g., MS Office), including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Ultimately a successful Administrator should be able to ensure the office runs smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
• Dealing with incoming and outgoing correspondence
• Data entry and database maintenance of our warranty registrations system.
• Managing our installer loyalty scheme and promotions
• Filing and archiving
• Creating and managing documents, spreadsheets, and presentations
• Compiling reports
• Speaking to customers to answer queries and resolve issues
• Develop and main communications for marketing campaigns, activities, and events
• Plan and prepare application focused content specifically for publication and sharing across different media channels, including social media posts, email, guides, brochures, newsletters, and merchandise
• Organise and manage events and exhibitions
• Assist with the maintenance of the CRM system
• Posting marketing updates through internal and external communication channels.
