Comfort Touch App replaces Intouch. Intouch App discontinued.
From the 1st of May 2020 the Intouch App will no longer be available in the App Stores. With the Comfort Touch App there is a new successor for remotely controlling your Intergas Boiler. The Comfort Touch App has a fresh new look, is faster and more stable to use and there`s a new way to create a weekly schedule.
What does this mean for me as a Intouch user?
When we stop offering Intouch to the App stores the App itself will still work on your phone. It does however mean that we will no longer support the App and that there won`t be anymore updates or bugfixes released. Also Intouch won`t be downloadable anymore. The Intouch App has been around since 2014 and after 5 years it needed an update. The new Comfort Touch App replaces Intouch. Comfort Touch will regularly be provided with new updates. We recommend you switch to the Comfort Touch App to enjoy all the new features.
What do I need to do to use the Comfort Touch App?
If you`re currently a Intouch user you will be able to use the Comfort Touch as well. The Comfort Touch App is compatible for ECO RF boilers as of 2014 and all Xclusive and Xtreme boiler. Please follow these steps to switch over to the Comfort Touch App:
1. First delete the Intouch App completely from your smartphone.
2. Download the Comfort Touch App (from your Google Play store or Apple App store).
3. Log in with the same credentials you use to log in to the Intouch App.
4. If you used a week schedule on the Intouch App you should check your schedule in the Comfort Touch App. It is possible that the schedule hasn`t been adopted fully in the new app. We made a short video on how to set up a weekly schedule in Comfort Touch. You can find the video here.
