Terri goes extreme
This has nothing to do with our new Xtreme boiler which is out later this year, and everything to do with our very own Marketing Coordinator, Terri Taylor, who clearly doesn’t do things by halves. Last November Terri was diagnosed with cervical cancer. So, what does a mum of two young children do when she’s had surgery, chemotherapy, radiotherapy and the all-important ‘all clear’ (while still going into work as if nothing had happened)? Yes, she enters the Fisherman’s Friend Strongmanrun, a tough 21km obstacle race, which takes place in the Netherlands on 2nd September, to raise money to support Solving Kids’ Cancer.
Terri won’t be on her own through. David Stanley, Intergas UK Technical Service Manager, Ralf Jansen, Intergas Marketing Manager and Sabine Jansen (PUUR voeding en training) are all in training to try and keep up with her.
